Q. Who will install the new telephone system?
A. Intelesys Communication's installation supervisor will supervise the installation of each system by certified, licensed technicians
Q. How long will it take to install the telephone system, and how long will we be without telephone service?
A. The phone system and voice mail system (if applicable) will be installed in approximately 10 hours. The lines are switched at the installed system with estimated 'down time' of 5-15 minutes
Q. Is training provided on the use any of new telephone system?
A. Intelesys Communications believes training is extremely important and will train Company Personnel in the use of all the features and options chosen on the system. Thereafter, Intelesys Communications is available to Company supervisors to answer questions they might have. During initial training, Intelesys Communications informs everyone that a second class will be held in 2-4 weeks to answer all questions and any areas requiring further clarification or training
Q. Does the warranty also serve as a maintenance agreement?
A. The warranty is One to five years and covers all the aspects of the telephone system. It includes all parts and labor. A maintenance agreement is available upon request on an annual basis |
