Intelesys Communications Services continually audits the Telecommunications Provider’s customer service center to assure that customer calls are being handled professionally and efficiently.
Intelesys Communications Services interviews our clients on an ongoing basis. This process is in place to make sure that our customers are satisfied with each Intelesys Communications Services chosen Telecommunications Provider.
Each carrier is re-certified every year based on our client's feedback.
Network Quality
Intelesys Communications Services utilizes each network for one month minimum before representing the services.
Intelesys Communications Services does research on each of the recommended Telecommunications Provider’s underlying network(s) to verify redundancy, line quality, record of service outages and repair times.
Intelesys Communications Services checks the billing accuracy and call processing time for each network.
Competitive Pricing
All clients will be notified of pricing changes and how such a change will affect the client's overall bill in advance.
Intelesys Communications Services conducts monthly research to maintain the most competitive pricing available to the client.
Carrier Ratings
Each Telecommunications Provider will receive a rating for Service, Network Quality, and Price Competitiveness.
Each Telecommunications Provider’s ratings will include any adjustments reflective of an annual comprehensive re-certification process.
Telecommunications Providers ratings are available to clients upon request
If you are not completely satisfied with the service of any recommended Telecommunications Provider, the Provider will restore you to your prior service at no charge. |
