Audio Conferencing
Audio only conferencing is available in 12, 24, 36, 48, or 96 port configuration. All of the ports can be used in any combination up to the maximum number of ports available.
Web Conferencing
Web conferencing extends the capabilities of each audio port with document conferencing, application sharing, and desktop sharing. As with audio ports, collaboration sessions can be used in any combination up to the maximum number of sessions. Audio ports and web sessions can be used independently in different calls.
Buddy List and Instant Messaging
Both audio only and web collaboration systems support Instant Messaging and the display of selected contacts presences (buddy list) in the Converged Conferencing Console.
Port Upgrades
Additional ports can be ordered to expand conferencing capabilities. Expansion can be done 12 port increments for 12, 24, and 36 port systems via a software upgrade. For 48 port systems, a single, 48 port upgrade is available that requires a hardware upgrade to the Converged Conferencing chassis.
