Thank you for allowing Intelesys Communications Services, Inc. the opportunity to submit a bid for your telecommunications project.  We look forward to the possibility of working with you and your firm.

We believe our approach at Intelesys is unique from the rest of the industry.  We invest a lot of time, training, and resources in our representatives to deliver your firm what we call “The Total Solution”

Our goal is to evaluate all areas of your communications needs and develop an entire package designed around your phone system features needs, application needs, internal network design and external network design.  By integrating all aspects of your current configuration, we are able to build a solution that will deliver the best value and platform for your company.

As we complete this service without charge, we request that any numbers or design specifications of this proposal be kept in strict confidence.  Our solutions are designed to be shared with our clients only. 

If you require an RFP specification sheet for other vendors to bid against, we can arrange to issue such a document for a nominal fee.  Any fee collected would be credited back against your system purchase from Intelesys.
