Philosophy

Intelesys' philosophy is that the satisfaction with a company's chosen telecommunications purchase is largely due to proper system design, efficient system conversion, and complete user training. As such, you can expect the following schedule to be implemented to ensure your complete satisfaction:

• An Intelesys professional will complete a comprehensive pre-field to determine your exact system needs and chosen feature selections, including recommendations where appropriate
• Our equipment will be ordered and your system will be custom built on its arrival
• Your phone system will be set up to your exact specifications in our shop and be "Burned In" to fully test its features and components. WHEN YOUR SYSTEM IS DELIVERED, IT IS A FULLY TESTED, COMPLETELY PROGRAMMED PIECE OF EQUIPMENT
• While the system is being set up at your location, an Intelesys professional will be on site to conduct training. You and your staff will be trained on the system BEFORE it is cut over. (Note: some smaller less sophisticated applications may be trained by the technician)
• Larger size applications (35+ phones) will have access to an Intelesys professional the day after install
• All Intelesys personnel are fully trained and certified on all systems we sell. Intelesys employees are always available via telephone for future support
