Company was formed in the San Fernando Valley under name Mega Communications to sell and service business telephone systems
1985
Mega Communications moved to Arcadia
1991
Mega Communications logs its 10,000th sale. With a firm reputation of excellent response and customer service, Mega Communication’s customer base boasts a 99% retention rate
1994
Intelesys Communications is formed in response to the complex environment created in local/long distance market. Its goal - to help consumers choose between the local and long distance providers.
1995
Intelesys and Mega Communications form an alliance to further advance the “One stop shop” concept. Alliance is well received and individual company sales increase by 158% and 212% respectively
1996
A permanent alliance is forged under the incorporated entity of Intelesys Communications Services Inc. offering the one stop shop for local, long distance, equipment, paging, and cellular services.
1998
Intelesys Communications Services Inc. acquires a larger facility in San Dimas, CA where it continues to service from Bakersfield to San Diego, with nationwide support for corporate accounts
1999
Intelesys evaluates and isolates NEC America as its top telecommunications Equipment vendor due to their length of experience, level of superior technology, and unsurpassed equipment quality and performance. With this partnering, Intelesys is able to deliver advanced applications such as ACD, Voice over IP, NT server based phone systems, and much more, all to the small to medium size user
2000
Intelesys opens a satellite office in Orange County to support its growing
client base in that region.
2003
NEC releases a truly converged platform of IP and traditional PBX functionality in the Aspire lines. End users no longer have to choose one platform against another.
2004
Intelesys adds the ShoreTel IP Phone system to its portfolio to meet the growing demands of IP technology in the telecom industry. |
