Consultant Approach
The benefit of using a "Consultant/Buyer" as your source for telecommunications comes from the ongoing, non-biased analysis performed in all areas. In contrast to relying on a sales person from a particular company, a consultant can objectively review your alternatives and truly make the best recommendation based on your needs.
Consultant Compensation
The Telecommunications Provider(s) chosen will be responsible for payment to the Consultant on a residual basis. This method ensures that the first month a client utilizes the recommended service(s) is equally important (for compensation purposes) as each ongoing month. This arrangement fosters the highest level of customer support and service possible. The Consultant must continue to make ongoing recommendations to lower costs and improve services as opposed to the "hit and run" sale that pays a single up front commission. Clients receive the benefit of a telecommunications expert without paying for it. The only cost incurred by the client is the monthly phone usage.
Initial Analysis
The Consultant performs a comprehensive no cost analysis on the client's entire communications services. The analysis consists of matching the specific required features with the long distance providers that can fulfill those requirements. The Consultant compares the client's calling patterns and costs with several different carriers, from AT&T to the smaller re-sellers, to determine the best available option based on what is most important to the client.
Follow-up analysis
Every client will have their communication services re-evaluated a minimum of every twelve months, or at the request of the client, to guarantee that the most cost-effective service is continuing to be utilized. The client will receive a report based upon the analysis of the consultant.
Customer Service
The consultant will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to servicing and maintaining the client's communications. The consultant will wear a pager Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm for timely access. The Intelesys Communications Services Consultant guarantees a twenty minute call back. Each carrier provides Twenty-four hour support.
Covered Services
The consultant will be responsible for reviewing the following items ongoing: Long distance services, 800 services, Data services, Phone systems, Voice mail, Cellular, Paging, Local phone company changes. |
